Costa Rica Vacation and Stray DogsI recently returned from another great trip to Costa Rica and plenty of fun! With all that fun came a few unpleasant surprises, that being of how many stray dogs I encountered roaming the streets of Jaco and Manuel Antonio Costa Rica.
Stray dogs are nothing new to most people but in an area where they roam all over, many have been hit from all the crazy drivers, this makes these strays some of the toughest I've ever encountered.
