Happy New Year and I hope the Holidays treated everyone well. It looks like we were finally able to get some much needed snow over the Holidays, I know our Pet's were more than eager to get out for some play. Schedule your pet's annual physical with your local Nashville vet (make sure to get yearly rabies shots too) 2. Stock up on your pet's favorite wet & dry food, and chew toys/treats 3. Purchase a year supply of your pet's heartworm, flea and tick medications 4. Trim your pet's nails and fur 5. Replace all old and used toys with new ones 6. Buy new, supportive pet bedding 7. Wash and store old towels to use for baths, dirty paws and other pet messes 8. Buy new leashes and collars 9. Give your pet a bath using a mild, skin/coat conditioning shampoo 10. Make an annual contribution to your local Nashville animal shelter 11. Give your pet his/her first kiss and hug of the New Year!
